Artificial intelligence use policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
How ARKIT3D uses artificial intelligence tools in its creative work, with human oversight and transparency.
1. Our commitment
At ARKIT3D we use artificial intelligence as a supporting tool, not a replacement for creative judgment. Every design we deliver is conceived, reviewed and approved by people on our team.
2. Where we use AI
- Snuube AI Workforce: organizing briefs, summaries, proposals, quotes and project follow-up, using language models such as Anthropic’s Claude.
- Visual exploration: sketches, moodboards and concept variations with image generation models, in early stages.
- 3D production: models, renders and drawings are built by our team in professional 3D software (such as Blender); AI may assist with textures, lighting or repetitive tasks.
- Support: Snuube’s Sbot assistant may help organize your request; a person always handles you before any agreement is closed.
3. Human oversight and accountability
No decision about your project, price or contract is made by AI alone. We review AI output for errors, bias or rights issues before showing it to you. ARKIT3D is accountable for what it delivers, regardless of the tools used.
4. Your data and AI
- We only send AI tools the information needed for the task (for example, the text of your brief).
- We use providers whose commercial terms state that they do not train their models on the data we send.
- We do not upload your confidential files to AI tools without your permission, and you can ask us to work on your project without generative AI tools.
5. Transparency and copyright
- If a delivered piece contains images generated mostly with AI, we will tell you.
- We do not use AI to imitate the style of specific artists or to reproduce third-party brands, characters or works without a license.
- Rights over AI-assisted pieces may vary by country; that is why the final design always includes substantial human work by our team.
6. Regulatory framework
We follow the transparency and human-oversight principles of the European Union AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), the usage policies of the AI providers we use, and the data protection laws listed in our Privacy policy.
7. Contact
